Beechwood Hotel - Worcester

The room I booked was updated and reasonably large with the fireplace, plush bathroom, water or coffee. The location was comfy and the free parking was on-site. I enjoyed that the hotel was 15 minutes drive from the airport...

The stay was smooth the staff is friendly and helpful taxis are readily available they have a very nice restaurant, but a little bit expensive.

Service at reception was very poor ! Srevice in the restuarant was also really poor , Very poorly trained !

The bed was comfortable, but the room had poor sound insulation.

This well-appointed hotel had central setting in a quiet area of Worcester's medical campus. We asked for the executive king room specifically for the fireplace and it was ready when arrived

Excellent amenities, personable staff.

The Executive King Room provided a super clean, comfortable space with lovely details. Enjoyed the breakfast options, especially the smoked salmon bagels. The bathroom was a bit cramped for two, and the view was limited to the air conditioning units. While parking was convenient, additional vending machine options could further enhance convenience.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, made traveling with our two small kids much easier. The location is also great for visiting nearby colleges. The restaurant offered a wonderful selection for breakfast.

In my wife's opinion, the play area for children could use some improvement.

We really enjoyed relaxing by the flower beds and sipping some drinks in the evening sun.

Had a few issues . The neighbors were a bit noisy. The breakfast situation wasn't up to par either. Choices felt limited and the quality didn't match what you'd expect from a hotel like this. The check-in process took longer than I'd like.
